The Infrastructure Charge is the mechanism by which academic departments fund central services. It is referred to as the 123 model due to the fact that there are three basic types of charge in the model (Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3).
PACS maintains and operates the model in line with the recommendations of Budget Subcommittee as agreed by PRAC.
